Analyst (C4ISR - Systems)

Job Description:
|
| |
|
-
Review and assess
the technical adequacy of C4ISR specification requirements.
-
Develop data
collection and analysis plans to assess compliance of system objectives
and criteria and in support of the Evaluator’s assessment of Measures of
Effectiveness (MOE) and Measure of Performance (MOP).
-
Prepare system test
plans and procedures.
-
Conduct on-site test
monitoring at contractor facilities and government test sites.
-
Prepare problem
reports, quick look reports, and detailed analysis for final reports.
-
Participate as a member of test community Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
and Joint Analysis Teams (JATs), as required.

Required Skills:
|
| |
|
-
BS in Engineering,
Mathematics, Computer Sciences or related field.
-
Experience in
current and future force transformation programs (ABCS, Network Centric
Warfare, Army Battle Command Evolution, Global Information Grid, FCS C4ISR
integration).
-
Experience in
conducting Test and Evaluation (T&E) of service and joint C4ISR systems.
-
Experience in
planning, monitoring, test reporting and analysis of C4ISR programs.
-
Working knowledge of
tactical data link protocol and messages (JVMF, USMTF, ATDL, TADIL, FCS
XML, OTH-Gold).
-
Ability to manage
multiple priorities.

Knowledge of current Army Command and Control Systems
