Applied
Technology Associates (ATA) and MIRATEK Corporation, Inc., have formed a
strategic partnership to offer a complete range of services to Government
customers. Combining our resources, we have created ATA-MIR Joint Venture in
response to specific DoD and DoD Major contractor needs. ATAMIR, our
first joint venture created in 2005, won the contract to provide program
management for the Army's Big Crow Program Office.
ATAMIR-WSMR is our latest
JV formed to provide support to White Sands Missile Range and Fort Bliss.
Our combined capabilities will make us unparalleled as a provider of
engineering, testing, environmental analysis, software, and information
systems support services.
